Más de 40 exposiciones, noches de proyecciones en la calle y un nuevo premio para profesionales en el festival de fotoperiodismo[Nota recibida, literal]Más de 40 exposiciones, noches de proyecciones en la calle y un nuevo premio para profesionales consolidan este festival de fotoperiodismo El Festival DOCfield>14 llena Barcelonacon la mejor fotografía documental · Del 19 de mayo al 31 de julio, un total de 40 centros de arte, centros cívicos, galerías y escuelas de fotografía acogerán exposiciones gratuitas de fotografía documental y fotoperiodismo nacional e internacional. · Bajo el lema “Behind open doors” el festival, organizado por la fundación Photographic Social Vision, está comisariado por la directora artística Arianna Rinaldo Photographic Social Vision presenta el festival DOCfield>14 y apuesta por segundo año consecutivo por la elaboración un programa de exposiciones y actividades que reconozcan el valor social del fotoperiodismo y de la fotografía documental. A través de un recorrido por diferentes centros de arte, centros cívicos, galerías y escuelas de fotografía de la ciudad el público de Barcelona podrá disfrutar este verano de variadas exposiciones reconocidas internacionalmente. A partir del 19 de mayo y hasta el 31 de julio, un total de 40 espacios mostrarán exposiciones relacionadas con este género fotográfico de forma gratuita y lo harán este año bajo el lema “Behind open doors” con el objetivo de acercar a los espectadores a diferentes maneras de ver el mundo. La selección de exposiciones para esta edición, comisariada por la editora gráfica italiana Arianna Rinaldo, incluye documentos gráficos excepcionales del contexto internacional y muestras que provienen de festivales internacionales como el Visa Pour l’Image (Francia) o Cortona on the move (Italia). Its activities are extremely varied: from facilities to housing and from studies to urban development. The office takes part in major competitions for public projects both in France and abroad and in consultations by invitation. As much attention is given to small but remarkable buildings, such as public housing in Rue Emile Durkheim (Paris/Delivery in 1997), and in Clichy (delivery in 2001), layouts, and facilities, as to high prestige works, such as grandstand for 14 July celebrations (under François Mitterrand mandates), International conference centre (aborted project), Ministry of Culture (delivery in 2005), OCO / “Coeur d’Orly”, big urban airport project and Philharmonics of Paris (competitions).In 2009, he participated in the elaboration of Vasconi report, ordered by Minister of Ecology Jean-Louis Borloo about environmental challenge and the discussion about placing architecture under supervision of this ministry and not Ministry of Culture.His big project of Research and Development Centre for EDF (French Electricity) is actually under construction (delivery is scheduled in 2015). His private housing project for VINCI, in Zac Cardinet (Paris) is also under construction (delivery by 2015). The construction of his big public housing projects, in Porte d’Auteuil (Paris) with Anne Demians, Rudy Ricciotti and Finn Geipel architects is scheduled to begin in mid-2014.
